Gentries | fine 3d and it is found by the homage that Robt Booner who had estate jointly with Hugh Woodrove now deceased to them and their heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor one tenement with the appurtenances called Gentries in Colne aforesaid the same Robt died of the said tenement sole seised in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor before the last court and they say that Rich Booner is son and next heir of the said Robt and of full age who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted and he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will etc and he giveth to the lord for fine and made fealty |
