and the homage present that Robt Bieston held of the lord with other feoffees as it is said on the day when he died one free messuage with the appurtenances in which he lately dwelt in Colne aforesaid which lately was Rich Simpsons and died before the last court etc which messuage Agnes lately the wife of the said Robt Bieston occupieth therefore the bailiff charged to distrain the said Agnes to be here at the next court with her evidence if he have any to show how she occupieth the said messuage
