fine it is found by the homage that Jn Materas son and heir of Robt Materas died since the last court who of the lord to him and his heirs according to the custom of the manor on the day of his death one tenement or messuage with a garden adjoining customary with the appurtenances called Sonelles in Colne aforesaid which he had of the surrender of Hen Polein as in the court with the leet here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 5Hen8 17.5.1513 more plainly appears and likewise held to him and his heirs the day when he died of the lord according to the custom of the manor one tenement or croft of land called Bredgemans with the appurtenances and the said Jn Materas died of and in the foresaid tenement and garden called Sonells and of the tenement or croft of land called Bredgemans sole seised in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor and because nobody came to this court to claim and have the foresaid tenement with the garden and appurtenances called Sonelles and the foresaid tenement or croft of land with the appurtenances called Bredgemans therefo re the bailiff charged to seize the premises into the lord's hands and to answer the lord the issues until etc and it worth by the year
