Mathewes copyfine 12d to this court came Roger Hitchcock sole seised in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor to the use of Robt Bieston deceased of and in one messuage with one parcel of land or garden called Mathewes alias Prynces and the same Roger so seised surrendered into the lord's hands the foresaid messuage and parcel of land with the appurtenances to the use of Agnes late wife of the foresaid Robt Bieston Nich Banbury and Jn Tilwick and their heirs to the use of the aforesaid Agnes to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs of the lord by the rod to the will etc according to the custom of the manor by the ancient rents and services and they give fine and made fealty
