messuage Boomes only to the use of Jn Bieston fine 12d to this court came Roger Hitchcock solely seised in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor to the use of Robt Bieston deceased of and in one messuage with a rentary and garden adjoining in Colne Street late Wm Boomes and for the accomplishment and execution of the last will of the said Robt Bieston surrendered into the lord's hands the foresaid messuage rentary and garden aforesaid with the appurtenances to the use of Jn Bieston son and heir of the foresaid Robt Bieston Jn Sparrow and Jn Carter their heirs to the only use of the aforesaid Jn Bieston to whom by the lord's steward to hold to them and their heirs of the lord by the rod to the will etc and they give fine and made fealty
