Rowncis Bermans fine 3s4d to this court came Jn Motham seised of and in one customary croft of land with the appurtenances called Bermans and two crofts of customary land with the appurtenances called Rownces and in one piece of land called Pellesland lying in Bermanfield to the use and intent therein to sell and the money thereof coming to dispose according to the tenor of the last will of Jn Founters alias Butler deceased and surrendered into the lord's hands the foresaid croft and other the premises with the appurtenances to the use and behoof of Thos Audeley and Christian his wife Thos Hunte and Jn Estaie their heirs and assigns to whom the lord granted seisin thereof to them and their heirs and assigns to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor doing and yielding the rents and services and customs therefore due and accustomed and they give fine and made fealty
