fine 6s8d to this court came Jn Moteham seised of and in two tenements customary with the appurtenances whereof one is called Curds containing by estimation 30a of land 5a3r of meadow sometime in the tenure of Jn Quixley and the other is called Stacies otherwise John Adams and contains by estimation 16a of land with 1a2r of meadow lying under the park of Colne aforesaid with all their appurtenances to the intent the same to sell and the money thereof coming to dispose according to the tenor of the last will of the said Jn Fontiers late deceased and surrendered into the lord's hands the tenements aforesaid and other the premises with the appurtenances to the use of Thos Audeley Christian his wife Thos Hunte a nd Jn Estay their heirs and assigns to whom there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor doing and yielding the rents services and customs therefore before due of right accustomed and they give fine and made fealty
