at this court came Jn Tylwicke and surrendered into the hands of the lord one parcel of land with appurtenances called Mylhyll and a garden with appurtenances called Lophams containing 1r with appurtenances lying next to the hill aforesaid to the south which said parcel with appurtenances the aforesaid Jn Tylwicke took out of the hands of the lord for the term of forty years as shown in the court held in the week of pentecost 5Hen8 17.5.1513 to the use of Jn Elys and his assigns during the whole term of years aforesaid to this court came the aforesaid Jn Elys and asked to be admitted by the surrender aforesaid and the lord by the steward delivered possession to hold to him and his assigns of the lord in form aforesaid paying every year or his assigns the rents etc during the term aforesaid and the aforesaid Jn Tylwike paid and the aforesaid Jn gave the lord fine and made fealty
