out of the court and since the last court lying upon his death bed surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of

one of the lord's tenants in the presence of

likewise the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing the foresaid messuage with the garden adjoining with the appurtenances to the use and behoof of

his wife during the term of her life to remain after her decease to

singlewoman the daughter of the foresaid
