Rushmeddow Xfine 4s it is found by the homage that the foresaid Thos Hunte out of the court and since the last court being upon his deathbed surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Wm Beald one of the lord's tenants in the presence of Wm Choppet clerk Wm Carter and Jn Barber alias Rushey likewise the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one piece of pasture of land customary and one meadow with the appurtenances called Rushmeddowe containing in the whole 16a of land or more in Colne aforesaid to the use and behoof of Agnes Hunte his wife during the term of her life to remain after her decease to Eliz Hunte singlewoman daughter of the foresaid Thos and Agnes and her heirs which Agnes being present in the court came and crave to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found out by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her assigns during the term of her life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor to remain after her decease to the foresaid Eliz Hunt and her heirs as above etc and the foresaid Agnes giveth fine as appears etc and made fealty
