likewise the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one piece of pasture of land customary and one meadow with the appurtenances called

containing in the whole 16a of land or more in Colne aforesaid to the use and behoof of
Agnes Hunte
his wife during the term of her life to remain after her decease to

singlewoman daughter of the foresaid
