likewise the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one piece of pasture of land customary and one meadow with the appurtenances called

containing in the whole 16a of land or more in Colne aforesaid to the use and behoof of
Agnes Hunte
his wife during the term of her life to remain after her decease to

singlewoman daughter of the foresaid

being present in the court came and crave to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found out by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her assigns during the term of her life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor to remain after her decease to the foresaid
