yet living to themselves their heirs and assigns of the lord as of this manor by the rod etc one chief messuage with a garden and curtilage adjoining sometime called

with one tenement adjoining
Tabors
with the appurtenances lying in Colne aforesaid as etc the foresaid

out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of

vicebailiff in the presence of

the lord's tenants and others the same witnessing the foresaid chief messuage with the garden and curtilage adjoining called

with one tenement adjoining called

to the use and behoof of

their heirs and assigns to the use alone of the aforesaid
