a cottage etc sometime Cock's | fine 16d to this court came Jn Sparrowe and Agnes his wife daughter and heir of Jn Ridnale deceased and the same Agnes alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered into the lord's hands one cottage with a garden adjoining sometime Cock's and late the foresaid Jn Ridnale's as it lieth in Colne aforesaid viz between the tenement late Thos Clerk's of the one part and the tenement late Wm Frances of the other part as etc to the use and behoof of Rich Lind of Colne aforesaid and Sibill his wife daughter of the foresaid Jn Sparrow and Agnes their heirs and assigns which Rich and Sibill being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereto and they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc and they give fine etc and made fealty |
