the Mellhill
and one garden with the appurtenances called
Lophams
containing 1r or more etc lying over against the said hill called
the Mellhill
to the use and behoof of
Thos Ellis
his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and he is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
