late builded on sometime in the tenure of

and after
Jn Ward's
situate and lying in Colne aforesaid viz between the garden of
Roger
toward the west and the garden and land of
Jn Tillwicke
toward the east and south and the common street there toward the north to the use and behoof of
Roger Booner
and
Isabel
his wife and their heirs who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine and made fealty
