their heirs and assigns to the use alone of the same

being present in the court came and craved himself and the foresaid

Thos Moteham
to be admitted thereunto and they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns to the use aforesaid of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and they give fine etc and made fealty
