to this court came Jn Attewood of Earls Colne in the county of Essex yeoman and sueth Jn Page of Fering in the county aforesaid fuller in a plea of debt upon the demand of 4d4d and pledges to prosecute Jn Doo and the bailiff and the aforesaid defendant is attached by divers utensils delivered to the pledge Wm Lingwood one of the lord's tenants and the foresaid defendant being required in the full court appeared not but made default therefore etc mercy 3d
