his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereto and he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine and made fealty always provided that the said

his heirs and assigns shall yearly keep or cause to be kept yearly hereafter forever an anniversary in the parish church of Earls Colne aforesaid for the souls of the foresaid

and all her parents and all the faithful people deceased and 3s6d yearly to be expended upon the same anniversary
