being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereto and they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies lawfully begotten of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and for default of such issue to remain as above etc and they give fine and made fealty
