Spowtefield Xfine 4s to this court came Sibill Wro widow and Rich Baineham gentleman and surrendered into the lord's hands one croft of land called Spowtefield alias Ryecrofte containing by estimation     acres of land as by the metes and bounds etc to the use of Jn Cressener gentleman and Sibill his wife and the heirs of the bodies of the foresaid Jn and Sibill lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to Sibill Cressener and her heirs which Jn and Sibill being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereto and they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies lawfully begotten of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and for default of such issue to remain as above etc and they give fine and made fealty
