a parcel of waste Xfine 4d to this court came Sibill Wro widow late the wife of Jn Wro deceased and surrendered into the lord's hands one parcel of the waste as etc lying in the highway leading toward Coggishall over against Colne Park containing by estimation 1r one head whereof abutteth upon the land late Jn Paycock's now Jn Tillwick's etc to the use of Jn Cressener gentleman and Sibill his wife and the heirs of their bodies lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to the foresaid Sibill Cressener and her heirs which Jn and Sibill being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereto and they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies lawfully begotten of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord acco rding to the custom of the manor and for default of such issue to remain as before etc and they give fine etc and made fealty
