widow on the west side and the land of

toward the east one head thereof abutteth upon the highway toward the south and the other upon the tenement of
Geo Bieston
toward the north to hold to the same

and his assigns during the term of his life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor yielding therefore yearly to the lord and his heirs lord's of this manor 20d of yearly rent at two usual terms of the year to be paid viz the feast of michaelmas and annunciation by even portions to be paid and suit at the court to which

by the lord's steward according to the tenor force form and effect of a certain precept and warrant of the lord

now earl of Oxenford to the said steward sent and directed and with the court roll there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his assigns during the whole term of his life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc to remain after his decease to the lord's of this manor and their heirs etc and he giveth fine and made fealty etc always provided that the said

him and his assigns shall have of the lord sufficient great timber for the reparation of the said tenement with the appurtenances as often as hereafter shall be needful and the foresaid

and his assigns shall well and sufficiently repair and maintain the said tenement with the appurtenances in all things during the term aforesaid at their own costs and charges
