and in the full court surrendered remised released and from him and his heirs forever quitclaimed to
Thos Veer
esq and his heirs in their peaceable possession being all their right estate title claim interest and demand which ever he had hath or by any means hereafter may have of and in one parcel of land lying upon Colfordhill near the garden and tenement late the said
Wm Draper's
and now the said
Thos Veer's
as by the metes and bounds etc viz so that neither the foresaid
Wm Draper
nor his heirs nor any other for him or his heirs may hereafter claim or challenge any right title claim interest or demand of and in the said parcel of land with the appurtenances but are forever barred from all action of right by these presents
