a release of Wallers to this court came Robt Dukkat and Joan his wife daughter of Jn Reyner and Margt his wife deceased and the same Joan alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered remised released and always for them and their heirs quitclaimed to Jn Reyner and his heirs in their peaceable possession being all the right estate title claim interest and demand which ever they had have or by any means hereafter may have of and in one tenement with the appurtenances lying near Tollehousegreene Wallers and of and in one parcel of customary land to the same tenement adjoining containing in length 3rods and a half and in breadth 2rods2ft of standard late the said Jn Reyner's and Margt's his wife deceased viz so that neither the foresaid Robt Dukkat and Joan nor their heirs or any other for them or in their name may hereafter claim or challenge any right title claim or demand of and in the foresaid tenement with the appurtenances customary with one customary parcel of land to the foresaid tenement adjoining but are clean abarred from all action of right therein forever by these presents
