Warkmans
now in the tenure of
Thos Rowte
by copy toward the east and the land of
Jn Wingfield
toward the west one head thereof abutting upon the land of the foresaid
Thos Rowte
toward the south and the other head thereof abutting upon the land of
Jn Estaie
called
Borrowes
and the land of
Thos Rowte
toward the north as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of
Rose Curlewe
his daughter her heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereto and she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her her heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and she giveth fine and made fealty
