fine 2s it is found by the homage that Robt Pullen out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Estaie one of the lord's tenants in the presence of Nich Garrard likewise the lord's tenant and other the same witnessing one tenement with a garden and barn adjoining and one croft of customary land with the appurtenances late parcel of Lowfields to the use of Hen Pullen his brother his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she (sic) is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine and made fealty always provided that if the foresaid Robt Pullen his heirs or assigns pay or cause to be paid to the foresaid Hen Pullen his heirs or executors 6li13s4d sterling within one year next following the date of this court then this present surrender and seisin thereof delivered shall be void and of none effect
