deceased which held jointly together with the foresaid
Robt Goldwire
while he lived to them and the heirs of the said

of the lord by the rod etc one messuage and 10a of customary land with the appurtenances in Colne aforesaid late
Robt Illies
died since the last court of such estate seised and they say further that
Wm Goldwire
of the age of 18yr or more is the son of the foresaid
Robt
and next heir thereto and hath right to the foresaid messuage and 10a of land with the appurtenances who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she

is admitted is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his hei rs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
