1r of land near the park gate Xfine 4d to this court came Isabel Lingwood singlewoman one of the daughters and coheirs of Simon Lingwood deceased and surrendered into the lord's hands all that her part viz the half of 1r of land lying between the land called Heyhouse and the park gate to the use and behoof of Jn Roger of Canningdon his heirs and assigns on condition following viz that the profits and issues of the same half of the said rood of land may be yielded bestowed and expended on a potation the second day in the rogation week at the cross which standeth in the way leading even to the lord's park which Jn by the steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine and made fealty
