in Colne aforesaid to the use and behoof of

his wife and their assigns during the whole term of the life of
Thos Harrison

Alice
his wife and either of them longer living to remain after the decease of the said
Thos Harrison

Alice
his wife and the longer liver of them to the wardens of the parish church of Earls Colne aforesaid and their successors to sell and the money thereof coming to be bestowed in works of charity in the said church according etc as in the leet with the court here holden on
tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 23Hen8 30.5.1531
