more at large appeareth the foresaid

being present in the court surrendered into the lord's hands the foresaid tenement with the appurtenances called

to the use and behoof of
Jn Sparrowe
and his assigns during the whole term of the life of the said

which
Jn Sparrowe
being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his assigns during the term of the life of the said

of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor to remain after her decease as before etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
