and they present that about the feast of the apostles philip and jacob 1.5.last past before the date of these presents one Jn Taylor of in the county of Essex labourer feloniously took away three sheep of the goods and chattels of one Wm Boneham of Stanway in the county aforesaid gentleman at Stanway aforesaid of the price of 5s and fled to this lordship and the said three sheep so here being were seized by one Bushe the servant of the said Wm Bonham and afterward were delivered to the foresaid Bushe by Jn Pennocke and Geo Chatterton constables of this town without security taken of the foresaid Bushe to present the foresaid Jn Tailor according to form of the law etc and furthermore the foresaid constables made not diligent for the same Jn Tailor within this lordship as etc therefore they are in mercy as appears 10s
