lying in Colne aforesaid as etc to the use and behoof of
Agnes Bieston
widow and
Geo Bieston
her son his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine etc and made fealty
