as by the metes and bounds etc to remain after her decease to one

singlewoman her heirs and assigns according to the tenor force form and effect of the last will of the said

died since the last court of such estate seised and hereupon now to this court came the foresaid

and craveth to be admitted to the foresaid two tenements and other the premises by reason of the remainder aforesaid and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her her heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc according to the form and effect of the last will of the said
