Agnes Bieston
out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of
Jn Estaie
one of the lord's tenants in the presence of
Thos Harrison
likewise one of the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one house called
the Stable with the Cowhouse
and one tenement builded with a garden adjoining parcel of the tenement sometime
Robt Mathewes
and since
Thos Princes
as the said
Stable with the Cowhouse
with the garden adjoining with the appurtenances are situate in Colne aforesaid between the tenement late
Bonjons alias Turnor's
and the tenement of
Robt Litman
of the one part and a parcel of land sometime parcel of
Bearcrofte
of the other part with one way parcel of
Berecrofte
leading toward the said
Bearecrofte
with free ingress and egress to carry and drive etc to the use and behoof of
Geo Bieston
and
Agnes
his wife and the heirs of the said
Geo
which
Geo
being present in the court came and craved himself and the said
Agnes
his wife to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the said
Geo
by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine etc and made fealty
