Thos Roote
out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of
Jn Pennocke
one of the lord's tenants in the presence of
Thos Harrison
likewise the lord's tenant and other the same witnessing one messuage with a garden adjoining with the appurtenances called
Sonnells
and certain lands and meadows with the appurtenances called
Bredgemans
to the intent that the lord thereof so seised might regrant the said messuage with the garden adjoining and the land and meadow aforesaid called
Bredgemans
to the foresaid
Thos Roote
and
Joan
his wife to hold to them and the heirs of the said
Thos
and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the aforesaid messuage garden lands and meadow with the appurtenances so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands to the foresaid

his wife the aforesaid messuage garden lands and meadow with the appurtenances to hold to them and the heirs of said

by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of them manor to which
