Thos Roote
out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of
Jn Pennocke
one of the lord's tenants in the presence of
Thos Harrison
likewise the lord's tenant the same witnessing two crofts of land together lying and being in Earls Colne aforesaid as by the metes and bounds etc to the intent that the lord so seised might regrant the said two crofts of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid

and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the said two crofts of land so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands to the foresaid
