Bowerfield Xfine 7s6d it is found by the homage that Rich Wade out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Thos Waller one of the lord's tenants in the presence of Nich Garrard likewise one of the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing three crofts of land containing by estimation 20a of land or more or less etc called Bowerfield as etc to the use and behoof of Isabel his wife during the term of her life to remain after her decease to Wm Wade the younger son of Rich Wade and his heirs which Isabel being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her assigns during the term of her life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor to remain after her decease to Wm Wade the younger and his heirs etc and the foresaid Isabel giveth fine etc and made fealty
