and surrendered into the lord's hands one tenement customary with the appurtenances late
Jn Hayes's
in Colne aforesaid to the use and behoof of
Jn Leffingwell
the younger his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty yet this present surrender and seisin thereof delivered is made on divers covenants and payments of money as appears on a certain indenture between the foresaid

of the one part and the foresaid
Jn Leffingwell
of the other part and if there be default in any payment of the payments in the foresaid indenture specified to the form of the same indenture that then is shall be lawful to the same

and his heirs and assigns on the foresaid tenement and into every parcel thereof to reenter and have again and the said as their former estate to hold enjoy and possess and the foresaid
Jn Leffingwell
his heirs and assigns from thence wholly to remove and expel this present surrendered and seisin thereof delivered in anywise notwithstanding
