and surrendered into the lord's hands one croft of land called
Pondecrofte alias Pondfield
in Colne aforesaid to the intent that the lord thereof seised might regrant the said croft of land with the appurtenances called
Pondcrofte
to the foresaid
Geo Bieston
and
Agnes
his wife and the heirs of their bodies lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the said
Geo
and his heirs and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the premises so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands to the foresaid
Geo
and
Agnes
the foresaid croft of land with the appurtenances to hold to the same
Geo
and
Agnes
and the heirs of their bodies lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the said
Geo
and their heirs to which
Geo

Agnes
by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies lawfully begotten of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc to remain to the right heirs of the said
Geo
and their heirs etc and they give fine etc and made fealty
