lying in Colne aforesaid between the churchyard of the one part toward the north and the way leading to
Colne Park
of the other part toward the south one head thereof abutting upon the Church Green toward the east and the other head thereof abutteth upon
the Hall Yard
toward the west as etc to hold to the same
Lewis Jegon
his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor yielding therefore yearly to the lord and his heirs lord's of this manor 12d at two usual term of the manor and suit at the court according to the custom of the manor to whom by the steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the cust om of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
