alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered into the lord's hands one parcel of land parcel of a field called
Lowfield
in Colne aforesaid containing by estimation 15a of land lying between the meadow called
Hallemeddowe
of the one part and the common way leading from Colne aforesaid toward Tey of the other part as by the metes etc to the intent that the lord thereof so seised might regrant the said parcel of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid

his wife to hold to them and their assigns during the whole term of their lives and either of them longer living to remain after their decease and the longer liver of them to
Antho Sparrowe
son of the said

Agnes
and his heirs and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the foresaid parcel of land so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the said parcel of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid

to hold to them and their assigns and the longer liver of them of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor to remain after th eir decease and the longer liver of them to
Antho Sparrowe
and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their assigns during the term of their lies and either of them longer living of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine and made fealty
