Jn Sparrowe

Agnes
his wife daughter and heir of
Jn Ridnale
the elder deceased and the said
Agnes
alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered into the lord's hands certain lands with the appurtenances called
Goses the Reve
as by the metes and bounds etc to the intent that the lord thereof so seised might regrant the said land with the appurtenances to the foresaid
Jn Sparrowe
and
Agnes
to hold to them and their assigns during the whole term of the lives of them and the longer liver of them to remain after their decease and the longer liver of them to
Antho Sparrow
son of the foresaid
Jn
and
Agnes
and his heirs and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the the foresaid land so seised at this present court by the lord's steward regranted out of his hands the said land with the appurtenances to the foresaid
Jn Sparrowe
and
Agnes
his wife to hold to them and their assigns during the whole term of their lives and the longer liver of them of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor to remain after their decease and the longer liver of them to the foresaid
Antho Sparrowe
and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor to which

by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their assigns during the whole term of their lives and the longer liver of them of the lord by the rod and they give fine etc and made fealty
