1r in Sandhill Xfine 4d to this court came Jn Sparrowe and Agnes his wife daughter and heir of Jn Ridnale the elder deceased and the same Agnes alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered into the lord's hands one croft of land containing 1r in Sandhill as etc to the intent that the lord being thereof seised might regrant the said croft of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid Jn Sparrowe and Agnes his wife to hold to them and their assigns during the whole term of their lives and the longer liver of them and to remain after their decease and the longer liver of them to Antho Sparrowe son of the foresaid Jn and Agnes and his heirs and the lord thereof so seised at this present c ourt by his steward regranted out of his hands the said croft of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid Jn Sparrow and Agnes his wife to hold to them and their heirs and assigns during the whole term of their lives and the longer liver of them of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor to remain after their decease and the longer liver of them to the foresaid Antho Sparrowe and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord etc to which Jn and Agnes by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their assigns during the whole term of their lives and the longer liver of the of the lord by the rod etc and they give fine etc and made fealty
