which held jointly together with
Jn Tilwick
and
Thos Roote
yet living to them and their heirs to the use of the said
Wm Orvis
and his heirs of the lord as of this manor by the rod one tenement customary with the appurtenances called
Mordons
in Colne aforesaid as etc the foresaid
Wm
died since the last court intestate and of and in the foresaid tenement with the appurtenances seised in his demesne as of fee and they say further that
Jn Orvys
of the age of 14yr and more is the son and next heir of the foresaid
Wm
and hath right to the foresaid tenement with the appurtenances who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine and made fealty
