out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of
Thos Harrison
one of the lord's tenants in the presence of
Hen Prentice
Jn Leffingwell
and
Barth Churche
likewise the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one tenement customary with the appurtenances called
Gentries
in Colne aforesaid sometime
Rich Baineham's
as etc to the use and behoof of
Jn Banbury
his son and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for want of such issue to remain after the decease of the said
Jn
to the right heirs of the said
Nich
and their heirs who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for want of such issue to the right heirs of the said
Nich
and their heirs etc and the foresaid

giveth fine etc and made fealty
