Curds etc Xfine 23s4d it is found by the homage that Nich Banbury out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Thos Harrison one of the lord's tenants in the presence of Hen Prentice Jn Leffingwell and Barth Churche likewise the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one tenement and 26a of land and 3a1r of meadow called Curds as etc and also three crofts of land containing 15a of land whereof (one) is called Barmanfield the other is called Rounces and the other is called Pellesland lying in Bermansfield as etc to the use and behoof of Jn Banbury his son and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for want of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the said Nich and their heirs which Jn being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for want of such issue to remain as above etc and the said Jn giveth fine etc and made fealty
