the other is called

and the other is called
Pellesland
lying in
Bermansfield
as etc to the use and behoof of
Jn Banbury
his son and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for want of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the said

and their heirs which

being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for want of such issue to remain as above etc and the said
