Curds etc Xfine 23s4d it is found and certified as well by Jn Churche the lord's steward as by the homage that Robt Rochester esq out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of the said steward one tenement and 26a of land and 3a1r of meadow called Curds as etc and also three crofts of land containing 15a whereof one is called Barmanfield another called Rownces and the other called Pellesland lying in Bermanfield as etc to the use and behoof of Peter White Joan his wife and Jn White their son and the heirs of the same Jn which Peter being present in the court came and craved himself the foresaid Joan his wife and Jn their son to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found out by the homage therefore they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the same Jn of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine etc and made fealty
