Bieston Boomes messuage Xfine 3s it is found by the homage that Jn Bieston which held jointly with Jn Sparrow yet living and Jn Carter now deceased to them and their heirs to the use of the foresaid Jn and his heirs one messuage with a rentary and garden adjoining in Colne Street late Wm Boomes out of the court and since the last court into the lord's hands by the hands of Wm Jegon the bailiff in the presence of Geo Bieston and Jn Pennocke the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing the said messuage garden and rentary with the appurtenances to the use and behoof of Rich Smythe his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assig ns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
