Cocks Xfine 3s it is found by the homage that Alice Moodie widow late the wife of Jn Moodie deceased which held jointly with the foresaid Jn to them and the heirs of the foresaid Jn by the rod of the lord as of this manor etc one cottage with a garden adjoining sometime Cock's after Jn Ridnales deceased died since the last court of and in the foresaid cottage with the garden with the appurtenances of such estate seised and they say further that Jn Moodie viz the son and heir of Robt Moodie deceased son and heir of Jn Moodie aforesaid hath right to the premises who by Rich Halle his attorney came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to the hands of his said attorney to hold to the same Jn Moodie his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and his fealty is respited
