one of the lord's tenants in the presence of
Thos Harrison
likewise one of the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one tenement with a garden adjoining called
Firmantylers
lying in Colne aforesaid to the use and behoof of
Hen Wyte
his heirs and assigns who by
Geo Bieston
his attorney came and craved to be admitted thereto and because it is so found out by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to the hands of his said attorney to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc saving the right etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
