Pannells Xfine 8d it is found by the homage that Thos Harrison who held to him and his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc one barn with a garden and the appurtenances called Pannells in Colne aforesaid etc died since the last court of and in the foresaid barn with the garden and the appurtenances sole seised in his demesne as of fee and they say further that Thomasin now the wife of Jn Culverton one of the daughters of the said Thos Harrison and Jn Pennocke of the age of 4yr and more son and heir of Agnes the other daughter of the said Thos Harrison are coheirs of the said Thos Harrison and have right to the premises etc which Thomasin by the foresaid Jn Culverton her husband and the foresaid Jn Pennocke by Xoph Pennocke his father came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to the hands of Jn Culverton and Xoph Herd alias Pennocke to hold to the same Thomasin and Jn Herd alias Pennocke their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and because the foresaid Jn is under age as above therefore the custody as well of the body of the foresaid Jn as his part of the foresaid barn and garden with the appurtenances is committed to the foresaid Xoph Pennock to hold to him during the minority of the foresaid Jn Pennock etc and the foresaid Thomasin and Jn Herd alias Pennocke give fine for such their entry to be had as for the custody aforesaid as appears in the head and made fealty
