| Sebrights | fine 3s to this court came Thos Roote executor of the last will of one Roger Hitchcock deceased and for certain sum of money to him before paid by one Geo Chatterton for the accomplishment of the last will of the said Roger deceased surrendered into the lord's hands one messuage with the appurtenances called Sebrights as etc to the use and behoof of Geo Chatterton his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty |
